A large pile of mixed-condition IBC totes ready for fleet liquidation.
Whole-fleet pickups in two weeks or less. We send the trucks. You sign one PO.

What qualifies

Roughly 40 tanks or more, on one site.

We treat anything north of about 40 tanks as a liquidation rather than a normal pickup. Different math, different paperwork, dedicated trucking.

You send us a sheet with quantities, sizes, prior fills if known, and condition photos. We send back a single offer for the lot, plus a removal schedule.

Typical timeline
  1. Day 1: spec sheet in
  2. Day 2–3: walkthrough by our team or partner appraiser
  3. Day 4: single PO sent
  4. Day 7–10: first trucks loading
  5. Day 14: yard clear, final settlement issued

Past liquidations.

We've cleared a former chemical packager in Toledo (740 tanks), a shuttered cidery in Traverse City (220 tanks), a closed industrial soap line in Indianapolis (480 tanks), and several ag-coop consolidations across the upper Midwest. Receipts on request.

The liquidation playbook

What we actually do when you hand us a whole yard.

Walkthrough. Within 2-3 business days of your initial inquiry we'll either send someone out or arrange a partner appraiser. The walkthrough records quantity, sizes, prior fills (with photos of any paperwork available), and a condition assessment.

Quote. A single offer for the lot, broken down by category — Grade B/C reconditioning candidates, fab stock, scrap. Categories are priced separately so you see where the value sits.

Schedule. Trucking arranged within 7 days of PO. Most lots clear in 5-15 truckloads across 1-3 weeks. Tight deadlines (real-estate close, lien clearance) can be accommodated with dedicated dispatch.

Final settlement. One PO, one final settlement document, one invoice. No piecemeal charging or hidden line items.

Tax and disposal documentation. For accounting and environmental purposes we provide a final tonnage manifest, a disposal pathway certification (where applicable), and a recycling-credit summary that buyers' sustainability reports can reference.

Key takeaways

If you only read one section.

  1. 0140+ tanks qualifies as a liquidation. Below that, the buy-back service is the right fit.
  2. 0248-hour quote from initial inquiry. 2-week removal from PO signature.
  3. 03Single PO, single invoice, single final settlement.
  4. 04Tax-friendly documentation for the disposal side, in case your accounting needs it.
  5. 05Past lots include Toledo chemical packager (740 tanks), Traverse City cidery (220 tanks), Indianapolis soap line (480 tanks).
Common questions

Liquidation questions.

Will you take tanks that have leaked or are damaged?
Yes — damaged tanks become fab stock at $5-$15 each. Tanks with hazmat residue need a manifest, and some chemistries we can't take. We'll evaluate at walkthrough.
Do you handle disposal of associated materials?
We handle the tanks. Associated materials (pallets, packaging, contaminated soil) need separate vendors. We can refer to partner waste haulers if needed.
What if I need the lot gone faster than 2 weeks?
We can compress to 5-7 days with dedicated dispatch at a price premium. Real-estate-close deadlines are common — we've delivered.
Is there a no-pickup minimum?
No minimum, but lots under 40 tanks are routed through our regular buy-back service rather than liquidation pricing.
Will my offer differ if I just want it removed (not sold)?
Yes. Pure disposal without sale price runs $25-$45 per tank depending on lot composition. Liquidation with sale of qualifying tanks is almost always financially better, even if the tanks need a wash.
