We're a small operation. If we put a phone number up, half the team's day disappears into calls — most of which would have been better as a 4-line email anyway.

If you'd rather talk in person, the yard is open six days a week and we love walk-ins.

From I-196 take exit 77B onto Scribner Ave NW heading north. Yard is 0.4 miles on the right, between Fourth and Fifth streets. Look for the lime-green cage stack at the gate.

The path from submission to reply.
Submission. Your form goes straight to our ops inbox — no marketing routing, no auto-responder triage. Both founders, Reyna, and Sara see it within minutes of submission.
Triage. Whoever's at their inbox first claims the email. For buy-back requests Sara typically picks up. For product orders it's Reyna or one of the wash leads. For custom builds it goes to Jamie. For everything else it gets to a founder.
First response. Within one business day, usually within four hours during business hours. The first response is a real answer — not 'thanks, we'll get back to you.' We try to either quote, recommend, or ask a clarifying question on the first reply.
Follow-through. If we need information from you, we ask once. If you don't reply within a week we send one polite follow-up and then drop the thread. We don't have an automated cadence pestering you.
The escalation path. If your application is unusual or technically tricky, the email gets escalated to one of the co-founders (Mike on commercial, Andre on technical). Most don't need escalation.
