What we collect
When you submit the form on this site, we collect the fields you fill in — name, contact information, location, quantity, product and service interest, grade preference, your message, and the URL of the page you submitted from. We do not require an account.
What we do with it
We use it to reply to your inquiry. Submissions are stored in our customer inbox and routed to the team member best positioned to answer. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
Third parties
Submissions are routed through our lead-capture provider (1db). Vercel hosts this site and may log requests for operational purposes. Neither resells your data.
Cookies
We use essential session cookies required by the framework. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics that personally identify you.
Your rights
Email info@ibcillinois.com if you'd like a copy of the information you've sent us, or want it deleted from our records. We respond within five business days.
What we collect and what we don't, expanded.
What we collect. The fields on the form (name, email, phone, location, application details, message). Your IP address (logged by Vercel for operational purposes). Your browser type and basic device info (for analytics aggregates).
What we don't collect. Your credit card. Your Social Security number. Your date of birth. Your location data beyond what you tell us (city, state, ZIP). Your social media identifiers. Your contacts.
Who we share with. The 1db lead-capture API stores submissions on our behalf. Vercel hosts the site. PostHog aggregates anonymized usage analytics. None of these resell your data.
Cookies in detail. Essential framework cookies for the session. PostHog's analytics cookie (anonymized unless you've identified yourself by submitting the form). No third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
Data retention. Form submissions stay in our customer inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete. We don't have a hard retention deadline because customers occasionally email us a year later referencing a prior quote — we want to be able to look it up.
Children. This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
